Popsicles and Pools

Our boys had a ton of fun the other day in our 10 dollar wading pool and with a couple of popsicles. I got to sit in a folding chair and just watch the fun! They entertained themselves for a good hour.

At 3 and 5 years old these two are the best of buds. Sure they can get into the occasional wrestling match every now and then (and not always in good fun) but they love each other.

Baby Days

Last week Eric took our big boys to Georgia to visit his mom. They had a great time and I was excited to spend time with just my littlest of ones. It definitely was not the "breeze" I thought it was going to be, but I got to know them even more!

This little one, now at 6 months, is so fun! He is on the brink of sitting up independently, loves to jump in his jumper roo, wears 6-9 month clothing, loves to giggle and belly laugh, loves to watch the big kids play, loves bath time, and LOVES food. He took right to solid food and squeals at the sight of his baby spoon. We had so much fun those few days with lots of extra snuggles.

And oh my sassy girl. My little firecracker. The girl is into everything (much more than the boys ever were) and she is fearless. And loud. And quick. I loved my special time with her as well. We played babies, and she pretended she was a puppy, we watched her favorite show Special Agent Oso, and we rocked and rocked before bed time.

Church Picture

It's Sunday morning and they are freshly bathed, smelling of baby lotion, teeth brushed, and in their Sunday best- I therefore must try to take a good picture.

This was last Sunday-

And this was this Sunday-

Not too bad! At least they are mostly all looking at the camera!

The Baby Train

So the other day the children decided to make a choo choo train......

And this little one was wishing he could join in!

Due to the fact the all of our children are mosquito magnets and are sensitive to heat, we don't really get outside all that often.

But when the mosquitos are at bay and it is cooler, they love it!
