Babies in a Bath

This is now how Everett and Hampton take a bath. They love it! I usually have to tell them it is time to get out because the water is cold and they are all "pruny." I love that now they do so much together. In fact, every night now Everett asks us at bedtime if Hampton can sleep with him. One day we'll put them together!

A Few Things.....

Everett is at preschool right now, Hampton is upstairs taking his morning nap, and I am sitting at my breakfast table sipping a Sonic vanilla coke.....life's good. Lately I have been feeling very convicted regarding the quality of time I spend with the babies. Although the Lord has blessed me by granting me with a larger quantity of time at home, I have been guilty of misusing this time by "busying" myself with tasks. I am trying to learn to let some of the little things go, and use my time more wisely. Their young years are short and they are so impressionable. I want to view my time as a mother to my young ones as a ministry. This is something that I am continuing and will continue to work on. Anyways....so here is what we've been up to lately.

Last weekend the boys Gigi came for a visit. We had fun going out to eat, playing at the park, and our babysitter did a photo shoot. I hope we got a few decent pictures out of it since Ev was in a bit of a mood. Being two is hard!

This upcoming weekend I am very excited. Tomorrow my mom flies in and we have some fun things planned!
