After my shopping adventure we headed to Flat Rock to visit the apple orchard.
Although we didn't actually purchase any apples, Everett had a blast collecting the fallen ones and putting them in his basket.
Hampton and I would run from tree to tree seeking shade from the warm September sun.
Everett treated the apples like basketballs. He has quite a good arm!
Then on Sunday Miss Maggie went to the groomers and got "beautifed."
The rest of Sunday was spent doing a ton of yardwork and working on Fall crafts. Everett and I decorated the playroom with some Fall touches.
For dinner Sunday night I cooked pasta and artichokes. It was so good and light! Yup, a perfect weekend spent just us.
